Affiliate program terms
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern the Goodesign affiliate program. The summary on the program landing page is a brief restatement — this page is the binding version.
1. Commission
You earn 30% of each customer's first payment (pre-tax) on the monthly subscriptions they purchase through your referral link. Renewals, upgrades and one-off credit packs are not commissioned. Earnings are tracked in your Goodesign affiliate dashboard and, after you accept the Creem invite, in the Creem affiliate portal.
Attribution is cookie-based and lasts 30 days from the click.
2. Two settlement rails
Creem rail. When you accept the Creem invite, your referred customers who check out through Creem are commissioned by Creem automatically. Creem pays out around the 1st and the 15th of each month once your balance reaches $50; a one-time KYC verification with Creem is required before your first payout. Creem deducts its payout fees at cost: 1% (minimum $7) for bank transfers or 2% for USDC.
PayPal rail. Referred customers who check out through PayPal are commissioned by us directly. We settle these commissions monthly, at the same $50 minimum, to the PayPal account tied to your affiliate email.
The two rails settle separately: amounts on one rail never roll over into the other, and each rail applies its own minimum and schedule.
3. Payee notes
PayPal-rail payouts require an active PayPal account that can receive USD. Anything unclaimed for 30 days is returned to us and reissued automatically with the next monthly run.
Currency-conversion or receiving fees charged on your side (PayPal or your bank) are yours to bear; we send the gross commission amount.
4. Fraud, self-referrals and abuse
Self-referrals — buying through your own referral link — do not qualify and will be voided. Coupon-site spam, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding on our brand terms, misleading claims, and any promotion that violates the Goodesign terms of use are grounds for forfeiture of pending commissions and termination.
We may hold payouts on an affiliate while fraud or traffic-quality concerns are being investigated.
5. Refunds, clawbacks and holds
A commission exists only for money that stays paid. When a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is voided — if it was already paid out, we reserve the right to recover it from future earnings or, where necessary, invoice you for it.
We may freeze pending balances for up to 60 days when a pattern of refunds, chargebacks or invalid traffic needs reviewing.
6. Data sharing disclosure
When you accept the Creem invite, your email address and name are transmitted to Creem, our payment service provider, which processes them as an independent controller to run the affiliate program, perform KYC verification, and pay your commissions. Creem's own privacy policy governs that processing. We share only what the program requires; we never sell your data.
7. Termination
Either side can end participation at any time: you by asking us to deactivate your account, we by notice to your affiliate email for material breach or prolonged inactivity. On termination, approved balances above the $50 minimum that are not subject to a fraud or refund review will be paid out on the next scheduled run; commissions forfeited under sections 4 and 5 are not payable.
Deactivating your Goodesign account stops future attribution immediately, but it does not by itself stop Creem-side cookie attribution — ask us and disable the program membership in the Creem portal.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the program evolves; material changes are announced to your affiliate email before they take effect. Continued participation after a change means acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
